Maritza De Quesada is a Miami-based artist creating immersive installations that explore inner landscapes through light, reflection, sculpture, and spatial experience. Her work transforms environments into emotional and sensory spaces that invite introspection, presence, and connection.
Working with reflective surfaces, crystalline materials, botanicals, and atmospheric interventions, De Quesada creates installations that blur the boundaries between the physical and psychological worlds. Her practice centers on transformation ā using space itself as a medium for emotional experience and contemplation.
Her work exists at the intersection of contemporary installation art, experiential environments, and poetic world-building.
She co-founded of ARTARA Curated, an art collective in Miami and New York.
Maritza also wrote and directed a short film Iād rather be crazy than boring that has been shown in a variety of film festivals.
